PUR cleaning agent is a kind of hot-melt material, which is used for cleaning the melting equipment, hose and sizing device after the use of easy-to-react polyurethane hot-melt adhesives.
When replacing PUR-reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive or switching to non-reactive hot melt adhesive (EVA hot melt adhesive), it is used for cleaning of glue and sizing equipment.
• Prevent the blockage of the adhesive delivery system and the hardening of the residual glue on the sizing device to ensure the smooth flow of the nozzle
• Good mix with hot melt adhesive
• Inhibit the reaction of isocyanic acid
• Same operating temperature as polyurethane hot melt adhesive
